- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, Sala de Familia, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por los senores Cesar Eduardo Loza y German Eduardo Diaz Bocanegra contra el Ministerio de Proteccion Social y la empresa Organizacion Terpel S.A.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto a los siguientes despachos judiciales: Juzgado Setenta Civil Municipal de Bogota, Juzgado Diecisiete Laboral de Bogota y Juzgado Treinta y Tres Civil del Circuito de Bogota.
